
Dr. Lazcano serves as a Scientific Advisor to Eye to Eye Telehealth, bringing global glaucoma-care research and hands-on device data expertise to our mission of “solving data blindness” in glaucoma. He holds appointments as Adjunct Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine (CU Anschutz Medical Campus) in Denver and leads clinical programs at the Asociación para Evitar la Ceguera en México (APEC) in Mexico City. Dr. Lazcano is an active investigator with 30+ peer-reviewed publications addressing intraocular pressure (IOP) monitoring, surgical outcomes, and large-scale tele-glaucoma initiatives. His expertise in high-volume data collection and usability feedback for home tonometry has been instrumental in shaping E2E’s device design, data-capture protocol, and clinical validation roadmap.
